Mr. Hodge, a co-founder of General Payment Systems Inc. and C4EverSystems, has tracked and processed over $900 million in government transactions. He previously managed a large staff at Telefon Calling Card Corp., which was acquired after he was responsible for expanding 54 accounts to over 700 in a three year period. Mr. Hodge has dedicated his life to growing C4Ever.

Mr. St Clair, for over twenty five years, has worked with and led the sales and marketing efforts for some of the most successful organizations in the travel industry including his own. Clients have included government organizations, universities, healthcare organizations, and professional sports organizations. Mr. St Clair is a cannabis industry expert on compliance and is passionate about assisting C4Ever clients in maximizing their profitability while maintaining complete compliance with state and municipal regulations.

Mr. Armstrong is a founding partner of Horwitz + Armstrong, A Professional Law Corporation, practicing general business litigation and providing business legal advice. He is also an expert for businesses involved in all aspects of the cannabis industry. Mr Armstrong sits on the board at C4Ever and helps provide the company direction through the complex legal structure of the cannabis industry.

Mr. Green, yes we know has the best name for working in the industry, began working in cannabis in 2012 after Massachusetts passed medical cannabis legislation. Most of his work has been in the ancillary compliance space, software and security which led him to C4Ever. His experience in complex regulatory environments and how creative solutions can allow a business to thrive is an asset to C4Ever and our clients.

Mr. Margolin has been with C4Ever since inception and has played a vital role in the development of the company.
